“Grow Where You’re Planted” is my first book! It has been in the works for over 10 years and has finally blossomed into this 108 page, softcover, full color book. It is a poetic and visual journey through the seasons in Alaska, woven with the thread of Yoga.
All elements that are deeply infused in my heart.
I am so excited to finally share this creation with the world! I hope it inspires you to live your yoga every day, to feel your connection with the changing seasons, and to absorb the beauty that each season offers, no matter where you are planted.
