Massage has been in Mandy’s life since she was a child. her mom has been a massage therapist since Mandy was 8 years old. She was practiced on regularly by her mom and received chiropractic care from her step father. She learned at a very young age the power of touch and the importance of regular care for health and well being.

Mandy graduated from Naropa University, Boulder, Colorado, 1998, B.A. Psychology, Focus; Health and Healing. Her studies included many different modalities of healing such as yoga, Meditation, Reflexology, Art Therapy, Jin Shin, Nutrition, Herbalism, Reiki. She has been a Reiki Master since 1999, a certified massage practitioner from Twin Lakes College since 2003, and Alaska Licensed Massage Therapist.
