Massage has been in Mandy’s life since she was a child. her mom has been a massage therapist since Mandy was 8 years old. She was practiced on regularly by her mom and received chiropractic care from her step father. She learned at a very young age the power of touch and the importance of regular care for health and well being.

Her studies included many different modalities of healing such as yoga, Meditation, Reflexology, Art Therapy, Jin Shin, Nutrition, Herbalism, Reiki. She has been a Reiki Master since 1999, a certified massage practitioner from Twin Lakes College since 2003, and Alaska Licensed Massage Therapist.
